The Academy of Knowledge & Application was founded in the spring of 2012 by Michel Piette. The mission of the Academy is to provide its members with the knowledge and leverage they need to live an extraordinary life, both personally and professionally. This is achieved primarily through the teachings of the PX30 Principle and C4 Levers via corporate trainings, public seminars, private coaching, and online programs.

About the Founder

Michel Piette is a passionate proponent of processes, a character trait that helped him become a highly successful entrepreneur. Over the span of 20 years, Michel built four multi-million dollar businesses—from the ground up—in industries as diverse as pet food, real estate and Government-run lotteries in cultures as different as Russia, the Middle East and Mexico. During that time he raised more than 20 million dollars in capital, recruited and trained 3000 salespeople, presided over 125 million dollars in business and became a multi-millionaire in his own right by the time he turned 35.

Michel’s craving for a systemized approach to overcoming challenges and achieving personal breakthroughs dates back to 1993 when he first began exploring the realms of peak performance, the human psyche and personal transformation. His thirst however was not quenched by knowledge alone, he meticulously applied many of the valuable insights he discovered throughout his years of research and dramatically transformed both his personal and professional life as a result. Michel exemplifies how an ordinary person, with no formal education beyond college, can rise above his accustomed circumstances, achieve remarkable breakthroughs and live an extraordinary life.

Even after losing millions in the recent financial crisis, Michel raised himself from despair to success by following the specific steps that have consistently carried him toward his most poignant victories. Today, Michel makes it his mission to help others do the same. As a full-time Speaker, Trainer and Coach, Michel now teaches individuals and organizations how to recognize latent potential, refine their current processes and achieve record levels of performance. He does this through the teaching of The PX30 Principle – The Ultimate Road Map to Doing Your Best Work & Living Your Best Life, a uniquely dynamic framework for which he is the creator.

In addition to his expertise as it relates to best practices, Michel’s hands-on experience as a business owner, having worked with thousands of employees, salespeople and management personnel, coupled with having created & delivered hundreds of personal development trainings, has bestowed upon him an uncanny ability—that of extracting the very best from the individuals he works with!

Michel Piette is born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He is the proud father of 2 young boys and speaks both English & French fluently.
